Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lyko's Space (lillyko.space). By creating an account, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

01Accounts & usernames

You choose a username and password when you sign up. Your username becomes your permanent profile address (lillyko.space/yourname) and cannot be changed once created. Choose carefully. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.

You must be old enough to use this service under the laws of your country. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for the purpose of harassment, or operate more than a reasonable number of accounts.

02Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and stories you upload. By posting, you give Lyko's Space the limited right to store, display, and distribute that content to other users as part of the normal operation of the service — nothing more.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, or depicts or facilitates harm to real people, including minors
• Infringes someone else's copyright or other rights without permission
• Is intended to harass, threaten, or deceive other users
• Contains malware or anything designed to disrupt the service

You're responsible for what you upload. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

03Stories

Stories are visible for 24 hours from the moment they're posted, then automatically removed. We do not guarantee stories are retrievable after this window, including for the person who posted them.

04How the timeline works

Your timeline shows a shuffled selection of posts from across the platform. The order and selection are not curated or guaranteed to be complete, and may differ every time you load the page.

05Verified accounts

A verification mark may be granted at the platform's discretion to indicate an account has been reviewed. It is not an endorsement of the account holder or their content, and may be revoked at any time.

06Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. You may delete your own posts at any time; account deletion can be requested by contacting the platform directly.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continuing to use Lyko's Space after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
